When will I receive my order?+

For Prepaid Orders: We're on it! Your order is processed within 24-48 hours. You can expect your special gift to arrive in 4-7 working days.

For COD Orders: To ensure accuracy, our team will call you for confirmation. Once confirmed, your order will be processed. Delivery typically takes 5-8 working days.

Do you ship internationally? +

Currently we serve only across India. International shipping coming soon!

Can I change delivery address? +

Address changes accepted within 6 hours of ordering. Contact us at support@glowmall.in.

How are COD orders handled? +

Yes, COD is available. Please note that while shipping is free for all prepaid orders, a standard handling and security fee of ₹70 is applied to all COD orders. ✨

Can I return or cancel my personalised item? +

Because your personalised gifts (like QR T-Shirts, Photo Mugs, etc.) are made uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or cancelled once the production has started. We ensure quality at every step, ✨ Dil Se, Aapke Liye. ✨

For non-personalised items, if you find any issue, please contact us at support@glowmall.in within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.

What if I'm not available? +

2 delivery attempts + call from delivery partner. Afterwards, return initiated.
