Important Notice for Customized Products

As most of our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.

Standard Products

7-Day Return Policy: Non-customized items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return shipping is customer's responsibility

Customized Products

No Returns/Refunds: Personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Exceptions:

  • Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Wrong item received (not as per your customization)
  • Significant deviation from ordered specifications

Refund Process

Approved Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days.

Methods:

  • Original payment method for standard products
  • Store credit option available for customized items (case-by-case basis)

Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless return is due to our error.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your customized product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

2. Wrong Customization

If we made an error in your customization (wrong design/text/size), we will remake the correct item at no additional cost. Please provide photos showing the discrepancy.

3. How to Initiate Returns

For eligible returns (standard products only):

  1. Email us at support@glowmall.in with your order number
  2. We'll provide return instructions and authorization
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days
  4. Refund processed after quality check

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All customized/personalized products (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards/downloadable products
