Important Notice for Customized Products

As most of our products are made-to-order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable for defective, damaged, or wrongly customized items.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange request.

Replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

Exchange is not applicable for personalized products unless there's a valid issue.

Standard Products

7-Day Return Policy: You can return non-customized (standard) items within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Return shipping charges will be covered by Glow Mall for standard products

Customized Products

No Returns/Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds for customized/personalized products unless there is a valid issue.

Exceptions(Eligible for Replacement/Refund):

  • Manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
  • Wrong item received (not as per your customization)
  • Major mismatch from the ordered design or specifications

Refund Process

Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned product. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

Methods:

  • Original payment method for standard products
  • Store credit option available for customized items (case-by-case basis)

Refunds exclude original shipping charges unless return is due to our error.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your customized product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, a replacement will be arranged or a refund issued. Replacement products will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

2. Wrong Customization

If there is a mistake in the customization (e.g., wrong design, text, or size), we will remake the correct item at no additional cost. Please share photos clearly showing the issue for verification.

3. How to Initiate Returns

For eligible returns (standard products only):

  1. Email us at support@glowmall.in with your order number
  2. We'll provide return instructions and authorization
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the instructions
  4. Refunds are processed after quality check is completed

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • All customized/personalized products (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
