For me, the founder of Glow Mall, the answer was simple: Dil (Heart).
This isn’t just a business for me; it’s a dream that started with a simple idea –
to help every Indian express their unique style and emotions through high-quality, personalised products.

This is the story of how that dream, born in a small town in India, became Glow Mall –

The Problem: A Market Full of “Same-Same”

I looked around and saw a sea of similarity. Everyone was selling the same generic T-shirts,
the same boring mugs, the same forgettable gifts. The “personal touch” was missing.
I knew that in a country as vibrant and diverse as India, people deserved more.
They deserved a way to wear their thoughts, gift their memories, and share their stories.

That’s when the mission for Glow Mall was born: to be a “Purple Cow” in a field of
black and white cows. To be different, to be unique, and to do it all with heart.

Building Glow Mall wasn’t easy. It started with my own savings, my PF money.
There were countless sleepless nights, technical challenges with the app, and moments of doubt.
I didn’t have a big team; I had a big dream and the help of modern technology like AI to build my app and designs.

Every single product you see on our store, every pixel on our website, is a result of that passion and hard work.
We are not a giant, faceless corporation. We are a proud, homegrown “Made in India” brand,
and our offline store in Nagaon, Assam is a testament to that.
